a little sweeter than I expected and not quite as strong per drop as others
Bottle is quite small but acceptable. I found it to be sweet which I didn't really want but not a deal-breaker. I found that one drop in about 7oz of liquid was weak. I needed 3 drops to really get a ginger taste. That could be my own taste buds, however I was expecting something stronger based on reviews.

Fantastic Ginger Flavor, But the Dropper Falls Short
Spice Drop’s Pure Ginger Extract has a great taste if you enjoy a spicy kick. It blends smoothly, and I especially like adding it to my coffee — the flavor is strong, warm, and very smooth, not harsh or artificial. The downside is the dropper. It’s flimsy, not very accurate, and there is no way this bottle delivers 180 servings — not even close. The extract itself is excellent, but the dispensing system definitely needs improvement. That said, the product moisturizes well (if you use it in skincare blends) and the flavor quality is genuinely impressive. If I ordered it again, I’d get a different dropper right away to make it easier to use. Bottom line: Fantastic spicy ginger flavor and smooth taste, but the dropper holds it back. Still a good buy if you love ginger and don’t mind swapping the dispenser.

SPICE DROP GINGER EXTRACT
I love gingerale and was looking for a gingerale type flavor without adding sugar or artificial sweeteners. This product fits the bill. ONE drop to a glass of plain or bubbly water is all you need. Will purchase again. Dianne Seward
