Review: Bought this for my husband as he hated the knives we had in the drawer for slicing up the large pork loins we purchase at Costco. He is in love with this knife, perfect size for breaking down whole chickens or cutting up pork loin. Also versatile enough to use for veggies. Keeps its edge well so far, though we've only had it since December and it's March now.

The grip is awesome which is really helpful when things get a little slippery. The edge has held up well for several weeks not (time will tell). Its very sturdy and feels well made.
