They are lovely and the same in black are three times the price on Victoria plumbing so I am very pleased with them and they look lovely Thank you

After 18 months in our shower these still look like new! Very robust, and look smart - we didn't want to have something which looked too much like a disabled shower room but appreciate the extra hand-hold. Nothing to criticise at all. We had a second one to put on the wall by the toilet and older visitors have remarked on how helpful they have found it.

Arrived quickly, just as described looks sturdy

This is a good product, but I knocked off a star because it came with no instructions. Whist it isn't hard to work out, if you're not confident it could be a problem. So here's what I did to fit mine. I decided to use the wall fixings that came with it, which require a 6mm drill bit. I put mine up onto tiles so here's what I put together as my tool kit: - 6mm masonry bit - 14mm spanner - Phillips screwdriver - Pencil for marking out - Masking tape for drilling into tiles - Small hammer for knocking in the wall fixings In the kit is the main handle, two fixing plates, two cover trims, two 14mm bolts, 6 screws and 6 wall fixings. I did a dry fit first, the cover trim slide on first, then the mounting plates fit onto the handle using the 14mm bolts, so that the head of the bolt is recessed and won't foul the wall when all built. Once I understood that, I dismantled the handle again, loosely fitted the top mounting plate and held it up to the wall. When I had it at the right height I covered the area behind in masking tape and marked for the holes. In with a 6mm drill masonry bit and drilled the holes, pulled off the tape and gently tapped in the spiky fixing plugs. 50% of thee drilling done, I bolted the top mounting plate to the handle and nipped it up. It doesn't need to be very tight. I also loosely fitted the bottom mounting plate to the handle and then fitted it to the wall, so that the bottom plate could be marked for holes. From here, a bit more drilling, repeat of above, and then screwed to the wall, covers on, all done. It's a sturdy handle, supports weight well and does what it needs to do. Shame there were no instructions, but it wasn't hard to get my head round it.
