My son destroyed the Franklin brand net with a cracked backboard in only a month. This backboard is significantly thicker and the spring loaded rim actually works to the absorb impact of dunks. (and hopefully save my doors). The design and assembly instructions are well written and helps you avoid scratching the door. Overall very very impressed for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Most Solid Mini Hoop yet owned *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 March 2024* This has been the absolute strongest and best hoop my son has owned and used.I think all young children who use the hoop will invariably want to 'dunk' on the rim and this leads eventually to the destruction of the perspex/acrylic backboard.This hoop seems to be incredibly strong with a thicker perspex backboard.
