Himalaya Botanique Complete Care Toothpaste, Cinnamon Flavor, 5.29 oz

I bought this toothpaste since I wanted something different, non-big pharma brand, that appears to have much less chemicals within. Boy was I wrong. Let me count the ways: 1. It tastes horrible. Even though, I stomached it, hoping for the best. But it never got better. 2. After a year of using it, I started to develop a very serious case of blackened teeth. Starting from the base and between teeth. Initially, I did put it together and thought it was my dietary habit. So I ease on sugary food, etc.... Nope, still plaque. I cleaned it up myself with a handheld palque remover. Then after a few weeks, it came back with a vengeance. Finally, after one final cleaning, and switched to a name brand toothpaste for a few month, zero plaque and no blackened teeth. Thankfully, I am the only one in my household who used it. I promptly throw the reminder tube into the trash. Worst toothpaste I have tried thus far.

I chose this toothpaste because doing some research on other main brands such as Crest and sensodyne that are highly suggested by Dennis I found out that there's a lot of foreign chemicals in them that are bad for your teeth and gums. I chose this particular brand because one of the things that mentioned was all natural and silicate free which is the stuff that causes bacteria to run rampant in your mouth. As far as the quantity it's very good because it's very foamy and if you've used just a small amount on your toothbrush it'll last you for an entire brush so I still have a whole tube and a half left. As far as winding I couldn't really tell you if it works cuz my teeth were white prior to usage but I can tell you that it makes you feel refreshed afterwards when you use it. Unlike a lot of main brand toothpaste it doesn't leave that nasty alcohol aftertaste that you get from those toothpaste and if you do happen to swallow a little bit it doesn't make you feel sick afterwards. I find this a good remedy to anyone who's trying to take better care of their teeth or is having teeth issues and doesn't want to use the nasty main brands that cause these problems. The size is pretty fair for the price you're paying and I got two for about 20 bucks came pretty quickly so I can't lie I will definitely be using this again down the road when I run out.

You start something new and natural like this and it's rather like getting a tattoo. It's foreign from what you're raised with mainstream toothpaste. Then you start using it every day.... Up front honesty. There is an earthy undertone to all four of these. Almost a gold seal root flavour if familiar with that. You learn to get used to it. You can taste this mostly with the cinnamon (which is what I started with and is now my favorite) The spearmint is the mildest. There's hardly any flavor at all but the clean is undeniable. Great for people triggered by strong taste. The just mint is a happy medium. And the peppermint is the strongest of the bunch. I really like all four of them and appreciate the variety for any given day. You get a decent quantity for the cost, especially if you wait for a sale. Haven't been using them long enough to know if they whiten, but they certainly remove plaque. When you finish and realize that your mouth feels fresher than when exiting a dentist office. That 90 years of family owned business experience shared on the box shows. Well done. You've earned a customer and will be spreading word. ♡

My favorite so far and has a nice foam to it too! It feels like regular toothpaste and I will be buying this again. I hope the price stays affordable. The taste is good too. Im glad that it is fluoride free and natural

I have sjrogens syndrome (dry mouth dry eyes) and my mouth be so dry and i get burning tongue, and this toothpaste is perfect it almost tastes like listering mouth was with a soft mint taste not that burning mint flavor. so far, its perfect for people with mouth issues. and doesn't have all those bad ingredients that other toothpaste has.

Looking for healthier alternatives for items that we use every day, has become a genuine necessity. I'm a dedicated label reader, even for the most mundane items! I thought finding a toothpaste that didn't have fluoride, gluten, artificial colors or flavors, etc., was going to be a challenge. BUT, I found HIMALAYA brand and WOW, did I hit the jackpot! I can trust that the HIMALAYA brand made a user friendly product that has good flavors, cleans our teeth wonderfully, and doesn't add ingredients that have been shown to cause harm! My only "con", is that the fresh-mouth flavor right after our brushing doesn't last as long as other commercially larger companies. However, the long list of "pros" far outweigh that one small blip. I love this toothpaste and I'm thankful to have found it!

I switched to Himalaya Botanique Complete Care to get away from artificial chemicals, and I'm glad I did. The neem and pomegranate ingredients feel purposeful, not just a marketing gimmick. It's also fluoride-free, SLS-free, and cruelty-free, which was a big draw for me. The one honest caveat: don't expect noticeable whitening. It keeps teeth looking clean and healthy, but it's not a whitening toothpaste. For the price, it's one of the better natural toothpaste options out there. Highly recommend if you're looking to make a cleaner switch without sacrificing performance.

I was looking for replacement of the well tolerated and liked non floride toothpaste becasue the product I was using was double the price of this, the metal tube keeps cracking allowing the paste to ooze outof the cracks.. This Himmalyan paste has a pleasant taste, and leaves the mouth refreshed and lubricated but with an oily feeling. This is an updated review of a former more favorable review, because I had a bad allergic reaction to this product. Althouth you don't swallow toothpaste, anything in the mouth will get absorbed into the system, and I had a kind of food allergy reaction that I get to anything I can't tolerate: bad headache, rash across the abdomin, bad upset, painful stomach... I gave the product to others with mixed feedback--most didnot like the after taste to the paste. I really wanted to like this product and am disappointed that I can't use it. so that I don't use as much dry mouth rinse. I kept off one star because I have to use it long term to see if I have any allergic reacations as with most tooth paste products. So far well pleased and would recommend it.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Zahnpasta 🤩 Sie schäumt wie eine "normale", fluoridhaltige Zahnpasta, ohne dabei zu flüssig zu werden (wie das z. B. bei Zahnpulver schnell passiert). Der Geschmack ist "simply mint" - erfrischend minzig, aber ohne scharf zu sein. Die Konsistenz der Paste ist vergleichbar mit Malerweiß und kann Fäden ziehen (Achtung: aufpassen beim Aufschrauben und Abziehen der Schutzfolie vorm ersten Benutzen, sonst tropft sie evtl. direkt raus). Sie enthält winzige Reinigungspartikel, die man, beim Putzen, mit der Zunge deutlich ertasten kann. Aber: nach dem Ausspülen bleibt nichts zurück außer glatter, sanft aufgehellter Zähne und frischem Atem, was auch danach noch einige Stunden (sogar bis zum nächsten Morgen) anhält. Keine raue, "pelzige" Zahnoberfläche, kein weißer Belag auf der Zunge, der erst noch runtergeschrubbt werden müsste. Für die Dosierung reicht wirklich eine kleine Erbse. Ich verwende eine elektrische Zahnbürste und bin jetzt bestimmt erstmal ein Jahr versorgt. Danach werde ich die Zahnpasta erneut kaufen (vielleicht mal einen anderen Geschmack testen). Aber so bin ich schon sehr zufrieden 😍🤗👌🏼 Die Lieferung erfolgte absolut pünktlich, zuverlässig, sorgfältig und in einer schönen, nachhaltigen Verpackung 🌱

On s’attend à quelque chose d’extraordinaire vu la description mais malheureusement c’est pas ça. Les goûts ne sont pas très prononcés sauf celui du menthol

Best “healthy” toothpaste ever. The cinnamon is amazing if you’re not a huge fan of mint. Might feel a little of soap flavor a few minutes after brushing.
