Review: THE RELIEF THAT I FEEL ON MY HEEL IS AMAZING - I HAVE HAD PULLED MUSCLES IN MY HEEL AND ANKLE FOR 3 MONTHS NOW, FROM CLIMBING MY 6' LADDER OVER 300 TIMES IN A 10 DAY PERIOD TO REMODEL MY BEDROOM JUST BEFORE THANKSGIVING 2025. A: Xl

**Q: I wear a size 14 w what size should I buy**
A: I would recommend you obtain the largest available to be able to fit a size 14 foot. The is adjustable and with luck and adjustment you should be able to accommodate a large foot.

**Q: Is it washable -- like a tennis shoe in a washing machine with some towels?**
A: Not sure, I haven't washed it.  I think I would personally throw it in the washer if I thought it needed it.  The Velcro will stick to anything else in the washer, so just be aware.  Love the shoe.  Kept my heel off the floor, there by keeping my weight off the heel, allowing the heel to heal.  ( to many heels :)

**Q: I wear size 10 womens shoes. What size should I order?**
A: I ordered these for my sister and she wears a size 7 in a regular shoe.  I ordered a size Small which is a 6-8 and she says it fits well and is very comfortable on her.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Godsend!

I have been unable to walk due to a very painful heel condition (feels like one big bruise). I tried crutches but they were a pain. A scooter is also a headache to maneuver. Then I found this wedge shoe. My life has changed as now I can walk with little pressure on my heel. The quality is outstanding & it is built to last. Some complain that the material it's made out of is too hard but that's what makes it so durable & enables me to walk anywhere (little pebbles rarely get stuck in the ridged sole) & gives the shoe its utility. I suggest wearing a sock with it so as not to soil the shoe also, after you set the toe velcro the way you want it, leave it alone & just adjust the strap (which I shortened using pinking shears) when you slip the shoe off & on. This has been a game changer for me & so glad that I finally discovered this (though finding it a few weeks earlier would have saved me a lot of hobbling around). I was concerned that the sole would be too thick & make one leg longer than the other but paired with a running shoe on the other foot, I see no difference. This is one good product! My foot is a size 7-7.5 & I got the small size (my toes come to the very edge of the shoe) a medium might have been the better size choice but I like the snug way this one feels. If you are enduring heel pain for one reason or another, this will give you fantastic relief as it puts the weight more on the ball of the foot.
