I did a lot of research on copper pans and learned NOT to buy any ASOTV ones. So I went to Amazon since I trusted that site. I got the package in time and the first thing I noticed was how light it was, copper is not that light, that sent up a a red flag. I decided to try it out after seasoning it according to instructions on the internet (none came with this piece of junk). I cooked some hash browns on low to medium heat (no high heat with copper pans) and they slid around the pan and when done slid right out of the pan, I was happy with that. BUT the handle was too hot to hold with the bare hand, I had to use an oven mitt. Then I put 2 eggs in for over easy cooking. They STUCK and the yolks broke even though I gently tried to pry them up with a silicon spatula. The next day I tried some rice and put a tad of butter in for taste. I noticed the butter had ran to the sides of the pan. Upon a closer look I saw that the pan was now convex in the center, the pan had warped from low to medium heat after only 2 uses totaling about 15 minutes! I was not happy, I suspect this is copper painted on - just what reviews say to stay away from. This pan is not even worthy as a paper weight since it's so light. I'll not trust Amazon completely again. Too bad I can't give this minus stars. This goes in the garbage with my other trash. DO NOT BUY THIS! Spend more money and get a quality pan. ### ⭐ See Pic I Uploaded *by T***F on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2016* It claims no oil or butter needed to grease the pan, so I thought I'd try it out and see. I cooked 2 scrambled eggs this morning and I've uploaded a pic to show how they cook and how they stick in the pan. This was on medium to medium low heat.Next time I will be sure to use some butter to grease the pan because this is not how I want my scrambled eggs to turn out.The eggs cleaned out easily when I had to wipe them out and throw them away.UPDATED: I used margarine to grease the pan and cooked 2 scrambled eggs. I did not like the texture of my eggs, they didn't turn out soft and fluffy. I don't think it's good for cooking at all, the only thing it does do is wipe clean easy.Update:Went to use the pan today and discovered there is some kind of black or dark brownish colored grease leaking from outside the 2 bolts, on the INSIDE of the pan, onto the food. I logged on today to try to get in touch with the manufacturer, but I do not know who that is or how to reach them. This should be under warranty, I've only used it a couple times and purchased it in May. It looks like I am out my money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ we are pleased with the product *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2016* Overall, we are pleased with the product. It did stick a bit the first go or two (item in pan had to be "broken loose" with a spatula), but seems to be working fine now.
