Will these work on 1968 Triumph Bonneville Motorcycle?

For most of the nuts these should work. I am not sure went Triumph converted from Whitworth to SAE then finally Metric.. you may need all three.

Do i need whitworth tools to work on a 1970 triumph bonneville? reading the product description it seems like they're fractional sizes.

I wish I had a '70 Triumph to work on so that I could specifically answer your question. I bought some Whitworth sockets and wrenches to work on the SU carbs on my '60 Austin Healey, but the rest of the car has regular fractional size hardware, so I would figure that by 1970 there would not be any Whitworth hardware on your bike. I must say that the tools that I got on Amazon were not very expensive, and were of good quality (although it did take some time to ship them from England) so you might want to get them just to have in your tool collection.

Where are they made ?

Neither the box nor the toolzone website says explicitly, but the 'About Us' on the toolzone UK site says that they import tools from India, Taiwan, and China, so I would guess one of those three places.
