I will keep buying this such a great preventative toothpaste. Make sure you brush, floss, use a water pick, and scrape your tongue, and you should be good with the dentist. No cavities for me. I’m grateful for this toothpaste. Look up the word “Ayurvedic” there are many health benefits. Another tip I use is coconut oil pulling. I’m so happy my last three dentist appointments went amazing, and always do your regular dental cleanings. Wishing you success on your healing dental journey. I have ordered this product twice and find it a great, healthy alternative to commercial toothpaste. The mint flavour is effective, but not harsh and toothpaste behaves like most others - you won't be fighting to make your mouth feel clean like some other toothpastes. I would reccomend.
