Review: Great but not water resistant - Best eyeliner. Love the dual tip. The liquid pen is very thin, making it easy to apply. Stays on fairly well throughout the day. I wouldnt say its water resistant as it comes off very easily with water and a q-tip. Safe for my sensitive eyes.
Review: VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE - Took too many tries to remove with makeup remover, and soap. Gave up and had to try again the next morning after sleeping with raccoon eyes! Sent back!

Best eyeliner. Love the dual tip. The liquid pen is very thin, making it easy to apply. Stays on fairly well throughout the day. I wouldnt say its water resistant as it comes off very easily with water and a q-tip. Safe for my sensitive eyes.

works very well for me. I’m a 64 year-old woman. I use this on my upper and lower lids. I don’t use very much but it lasts all day long. It’s easily removed with your cleanser. It does not smudge for me. it is dual ended one and is a coal. The other is more of a felt tip for fine lines. I feel it is worth the money and lasts a very long time.
