I use this inverter for whole-house power backup during weather related outages and this tank is just what I needed! It is strong and heavy (in a good way) & very solid! The builtin fuel gage works very well to get an idea of how close you're getting to the bottom. Fortunately for me, with 12 gallons this is far less frequently than when I had to rely on the 4 gallon tank that comes with the inverter. The fuel cap and breather feature seems to work well too. That is a very good feature, by the way. It keep the can from swelling in hot weather. People; you really want a GOOD QUALITY fuel container. After all, it's gasoline! This is not an area where you want cheap-out and buy a crappy fuel container. In my opinion this is the one to buy, but I'm a pilot and always think of safety first. I recommend this 12 gallon tank.
