Very happy with the BeatO CURV Sugar Test Machine. Have been using it for about 2 weeks now, without any problems. Firstly it is very easy to use after installation of the app; the device has to be inserted into the charging port of the phone and the app launches automatically with step-by-step instructions on what to do next. The reading is quick and gets displayed on the phone with a visual guide to sugar level found in the test. Everything gets recorded automatically and stored - easy to track and establish trends over a period of time. I did two tests in quick succession on a couple of occasions just to check consistency and was impressed - the difference was just one point both times. While I have not yet compared the BeatO readings with any other machine or with a lab test, I feel that it is accurate (based on my earlier recorded fasting and pp sugar readings). I am doing a comprehensive blood test panel in the next two weeks and will do a direct comparison then - will update this review after that. The cost of the test strips is less than that of the established brands - important point, as cost is the main deterrent for regular checking at home. Hope the company maintains the price. A few days ago I also bought the BeatO FitScale weighing scale. Pairs via Bluetooth with the same BeatO app. Happy with this purchase too!

I have been using the BeatO Curv Sugar Test Machine for the past two months, and it has genuinely made my daily sugar monitoring so much easier. Model: Glucometer with 25 Strips & 25 Lancets. The package arrived on time and was neatly packed. It came with everything needed— the device, strips, lancets, a travel pouch, and a clear instruction manual. What I love most is its compact size. Everything fits perfectly into the pouch, making it convenient to carry anywhere. Because it is so small, I can even check my sugar levels comfortably while at the office. The device is very simple to use and plugs directly into my phone’s USB-C slot, so there is no worry about batteries running out. The readings have been very accurate; I even cross-checked with lab results to be sure. Since all the readings automatically sync to the app, it removes the stress of writing down every test manually. Another big advantage is that the strips and lancets are reasonably priced, especially when bought in bulk. This really helps in long-term usage. Overall, this is a wonderful, compact, and reliable device. It gives peace of mind and makes sugar monitoring much easier for anyone who needs to track their health regularly.

The curv glucometer machine consistently reads 30 mg/dl lower than my johnson&Johnson machine of five years, and 40mg/dl less than my accu check machine. Other than that the machine is solid, the testing experience is good, the test strips are cheaper long term than those from leading glucometer brands. I chose this for this specific reason, long term cost. However the inaccurate readings make this a product I will not continue to use. Note that I did not get issues with test strips as mentioned by other reviewers. This is likely because I have been using test strips all my life and can understand how to use those. This is not a first time user product, even though it tries very hard to be. The CGM sensor reads well though, can be calibrated to be consistent with thumb prick readings, the app is nice, and is generally a breeze to use. 5 stars for the CGM, 3 stars for the glucometer that fails at its one and only task. An aggregate score of 4 out of 5.

The device itself seems OK for taking readings. But I should have known, connecting a medical device (or any device) to your phone and getting it to work only when you register with your valid phone number and email is the Most Stupidest thing you can do. Regretfully, I did too. Please Do Not Buy BeatO smart devices like this. Once you buy and start using them, you will be bombarded with spam calls from hundreds of telemarketers, trying hard to sell you some stupid programs. You already pay to your doctors but these Spammers want their share of your hard earned money too. For the sin committed by buying the BeatO smart device! And guess what, my phone number is DND registered. But still I get 5 to 10 calls every day!! Relentlessly. Here is how the whole spamming unfolds once you buy this device. When you install the app and connect the device for the very first use, the app won't detect the test strip inserted. You try as many times as you like. Restart the phone, etc etc... Nothing happens. Then you are forced to call the beato support, which the app prompts you to do conveniently!! When you call, a support executive will guide you only after making sure that your phone number in which the app is installed is setup and configured in their telemarketing system and database for spamming correctly. Then they say something like probably a bad strip and now you can try again with a different strip while they are on the call. Guess what, suddenly the app detects the strip!! It's like Magic!! And now they also know your sugar level reading which your app has captured. So they can now track you everytiime you take a reading. And even when you don't take a reading!! Then starts the spam calls. Sir/mam your sugar levels are too high. We have a program to help you... Buy this buy that .. Blah blah blah. So, please. Just avoid it. Buy any simple non smart device. Take manual readings yourself offline. And share with your doctor personally. These so called advanced and smart solutions are merely for spamming or scamming people with diabetes. I am just sharing my personal option and experience here. I am not infulneced by any source to unnecessary share false information. This is my honest snd personal review, for those who really care. Stay healthy. Stay safe. If you are smart enough, you won't need a "smart" spamming device, like this one.
