We found that the greatest consistent resolution you can get .05 increments reliably as compared to other like devices in the same setting. A good product in our opinion. **Q: what is the conversion formula for lux to PPFD for this unit?** A: Multiply the Lux by the conversion factor to get PPFD. It's a bit bulky and I wish they'd figure out a way to incorporate the sensor into the unit so you're not always having to use both hands to use the device (the sensor is always flopping around while I'm using the device and juggling a notebook and so on). Seems to be well made and durable. Seems to be quite accurate.
