It says so right in the description...the plunge base is required

Will this work on the kreg accu-cut circular saw track? or does it only work on the makita guide rail?

Don't know for sure, but doubt it would match up with the Kreg.

What is the distance between the rods, both locations?

Center to center, the rods are 3 1/4" and 4 1/2" apart.

Does the Porter cable 890 series fit this?

I purchased this and have three sizes of porter cable routers. None of them fit. Returning it.
