Review: Works as described - Work fine converting the differential voltage from a pressure transducer into a single-ended voltage. I did not find it necessary to adjust the potentiometers. One nit-pick is that it would be helpful to have a V+ terminal on the input side of the PCBA. There are plenty of GND points but I needed V+ to flow through to excite my transducer.
Review: Nice AD620 instrumentation amp, ready to go but build quality is poor. - Great little amp setup, but glad I bought 2. The surface mount components are very fragile and will pop off the board easily, so handle with extra care and build a box for it. Signal is good and pretty clean and the price is right.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: want to amplifiy a mV dc signal to V.  Is s+/s- the +/- mV input and the +/- amplified signal across Vout/V-?**
A: Yes, s+ and s- are the inputs and are differential 
Next to the s+ & s- inputs is the positive voltage to run the board V +  3.5 to 10 volts is fine this is fed to the internal DC to DC converter and is self regulating. The V- pin on the other side of the board is not used but you will find a negative voltage at that pin when V+ is fed to the board this voltage is internally generated by the DC to DC converter to provide differential swing to the output. You are correct the amplified output is across Vout and ground. The two trim pots one controls overall gain and the other controls DC balance or offset.

**Q: S= and s- are for the mv signal?  and vout and v- are the output signal (in volts)?  is the vin and gnd i.e. power supply +12v for amplifier?**
A: s+ and s- are the inputs. Vin is about +12V and vout is the signal output. the v- is a negative supply generated onboard (the 620 chip has +/- power. Only a + supply is needed. v- can be left unconnected.

**Q: How do you measure gain? Can you do it with a multimeter?**
A: Yes that is how I did it.

**Q: What is the range of the dc offset knob? the signal i need to amplify is offset 2.5 v.**
A: Input voltage: 3-11VDC
