I am about 2 months into the 5x5 strength workouts and my knees were starting to get sore from the frequent heavy squatting. First workout with them and my knees felt great! I felt confident in the hole and I was able to increase my weight easily. My old wraps didn't have the velcro so I wasn't used to how much easier these were to undo/redo between sets. The quality feels very good. I will keep an eye on the wear on the velcro and update this if any issues come up. If I had to nitpick on something I would say that the logo/velcro part of the sleeves have very sharp corners. I have cut myself twice with these when undoing the wraps. They felt like paper cuts. This is probably because they were brand new and still stiff. I've been using these for 2 weeks now and it doesn't happen anymore. If you are doing heavy squats or have knee pain when working out I highly suggest you give these a try.
