I think it is 2 ml. We will have to make the holes. I thought it was water permeable but no, just painter's plastic that is black in color. **Q: Is this safe for vegetable gardens, i.e., non-toxic? Agriculture plastic is thin and also stretched a bit you do not want heavy construction grade or I should say it is not needed and harder to work with.
