The picture they're showing of what this remote is is not the right picture. The remote is showing in the picture is the actual remote that the TV comes with The one that they send you is not the same one. Half the buttons on the remote do not work The Netflix one the Hulu button the prime video button and the Samsung TV button do not work at all. It also has a microphone hole but there is no microphone button so you can't even use a microphone on the TV set. I can see that it was only a $10 remote so I You get what you pay for.

Worked for about a month and then the controls don't work at all. I changed the batteries twice, but still the same. The dial does not allow movement in all 4 directions, and has a mind of its own - deciding when to respond (if at all). The volume control also does not work well (again moody at best). Have had it for 2 months and now it is a piece of trash. Don't waste your money on this one.

Worst remote I have ever owned. You have to be within 2 feet for it to work. I have a 75 inch tv... that does not work for me. I have to press a button multiple times for it to work. I thought it was a defected one.... glad it came with two. Jokes on me... the second one was the exact same. 0/5 don't recommend.

I bought this remote as a replacement for the original and I’ve been using this remote for about a year. The major complaint is it doesn’t communicate with the receiver well. As a consequence you’ll have to hold whatever button you’re using to get it to communicate with the TV. The problem with that is if you’re changing the channel it’ll jump 3 or 4 channels once it finally picks up the signal. Same with the volume. Same with the back button, etc. The second issue I ran into is when using passcodes for password protected apps. For example, I have YouTube password protected so my kids can’t hop on anytime they want. Obviously, the controller has no physical number buttons so you have to use the digital number pad that’s built into the TVs operating system. The problem here is this remote doesn’t access the digital number pad correctly so I can’t input my established password. Samsung has an app called “smart things” that I use most of the time. This remote is only $10 and technically it works, but I do not recommend.

Not worth the money. I had to push the buttons down hard for it to work. There was a delayed response every time I pushed a button. After two months, the down button did not work and I had to replace this replacement remote.

We purchased this product to replace our remote control and have only had it for one month but the buttons to do not respond well to the tv. The power button works but the others do not work well even though we point the control straight at the tv. Some days it works okay and some days it doesn't. We have replaced completely new batteries yet we continue to still have this problem.

From day one I had problems with this remote and wish I would have just sent it back. it worked "good " for maybe a month then you would have to press really hard to get it to actually register you were pressing it really annoying and no it wasn't the batteries lol. there is other replacement remotes stay away from this one.

Infrared only, no bluetooth, so be ready to always point at the tv unlike the originals. Main select button on mine doesn’t send input 50% of the time. Lack of Bluetooth annoying, button contacts malfunctioning pushes it over the edge into trash can.

Goods returned as they did not work with my model even though it was listed to do so, plus it doesnt have the voice control button which my original remote does.
