I wanted to take a chance and order it because our house has a cat themed kitchen and a pink cat clock was the last thing we needed to complete our vision. It's pretty small. I was surprised how tiny it was when it arrived, however for our home it ended up being the perfect size. We set it up, make sure you place your C-batteries and remove the foam thing in the back of it so the eyes and tails can wag. However once we set our little kitty clock up it was adorable and perfect. I had an old cuckoo clock that did tic toc and this helps me in the same way once i got used to the different sound. **Q: size is confusing is it 15.5 measuring tail too. I have had it several years now and can't remember what size i ordered. It has performed well over the years though. **Q: Is this the Original kit Kat clock?** A: Yes it's the original Kit Kat Klock. I remember first seeing these as a kid in the 70s and it looks the same. Although the company has changed names many times, it's made by the same original company from the 1930s. The only difference from the originals is it's made of thin plastic, unlike the original ones that were metal and bakelite (ceramic) **Q: Where is the hole to hang it located on the clock?** A: It's on the back of the clock near the middle. I can not take it down to look, because once you hang it and its working properly it should not be moved. It's a little tricky but once the eyes and tail are in sync, leave it alone.
