I’m glad I found this. I have a little basic record player and had no idea how to replace the needle. This made the process really simple and easy to figure out. My record player is working again, so I’m happy with the purchase.

My sister got the set of four, Gold, Diamond stylus needles for her Victrola Venture Suitcase record player, and it's a great improvement in the sound quality out of it's tiny speakers. This set fit her model player cartridge perfectly and was easy to change. She simple carefully slipped off the original stylus and slipped on the new one. (Following the instructions that came with the player and a YouTube video.) The set came in a small tin (like for mints) with foam padding inside, so they don't slip around. It's great for protecting such delicate parts. She highly recommends them. **Important Tip: Always clean a record you've just purchased before playing. New records can have dust and debris from the factory and will wreak your stylus. Vintage records can have 30+ years of dust and dirt embedded in the grooves and will wreak your stylus. So clean first, then enjoy.

One of my combo turntables sounded awful playing some vintage records. I hadn't used it for some time and I had replaced the rubber belt that is used for spinning the platter and, in testing the sound, it just didn't sound clear. I purchased it several years ago and had never changed the needle, not that I played that many records on it. It was mostly for show. I examined the stylus and went on Amazon to find a replacement. I came across the banpa store ad for 1 PC Record Player Cartridge with 4 PCS Diamond Stylus Replacement for Crosley, ION, LP, etc. It sure looked like a match for the one in my record player. What caught my eye is that you get 4 replacement needles, including a new cartridge that already has a needle, for 5 needles total, and each needle comes with its own protective cover, for about 9 bucks! Wow! It was worth ordering. See photos. Anyway, the package came within a couple days from Amazon and I quickly got to work to replace the old needle. There are no directions in the box. All you get is the little tin can with the needles but the ad itself has directions for changing the needle. I just popped the old one off and popped the new one on. Easy peazy. I immediately put on an LP and the difference in sound quality from how it sounded before the change was substantial. Everything was much clearer. Two BIG thumbs up! Pros: - 5 replacement needles for about $9? Yes, please! - Nice storage tin included. - Easy replacement. - Great sound quality! - Fits many brands of these lower end turntables. Cons: - No installation instructions included.

I have a victrola vsc-500bt aka victrola canvas case , the stock stylus that comes with the victrola steals the complex high end and bass that comes with your beautiful vinyl . i thought changing the whole stylus along with the head was going to make the sound better , however i was wrong the cheap cartridge actually sounds worse then the stock one , however the red tip stylus needle is such a far more superior pairing with the already installed victrola stylus cartridge , and the red tip is a huge upgrade but wont fit snug that well with my model, black electrical tape helps keep it on and lets me listen to my vinyl's perfectly with just enough crisp highs and low, mind you i use expensive studio speakers , will work on upgrading my entire turntable eventually but perfect upgrade for those cheap made case players

I've replaced my stylus a few times since receiving these. I'm not sure what causes them to not work as well sometimes. Tonight I tried on a new record, and thought the needle was bad again, but after testing some other records, I think the brand new record I got is warped, and it's dropping too low to stay in the track. Being that my record player was only $30, it may not help that my record player arm doesn't weigh more. Anyway, these work okay sometimes. I've ordered another brand to try. I'll update this review if I find that the other stylus's (stylii?) don't work any better. Edit: I figured out today that the cueing platform under the arm on my record player wasn't allowing my needle to make good contact with the album when there were dips or mild warping in the vinyl. I changed my rating to a 5, because I think I've solved my skipping issue by adjusting the cueing platform manually by pushing it down to allow the full weight of the head to make better contact. Just wish I hadn't thrown away 4 previous stylii. Based on this knowledge, I would buy these again.

I would look at the install videos on you tube before installing. They are a big help. Once you look at the vids get a small flathead screwdriver, small needle nose pliers and go for it. It was very easy. What I got this for was for an upgrade in my sound on my Victrola LP recorder. I was amazed it put the volume up by a third and records I had that skipped didn’t skip as badly. One actually played all the way through with no skips. If you want to improve the sound on a Victrola or Crosley turn table this will help some. I highly recommend trying one. For the price you can’t go wrong.

I'm not convinced it's diamond but I also wasn't actually expecting it to be at this price point, it's more likely ruby. The stylus seems shorter than the one that originally came with my turntable but it fits. The sound quality is about the same as with my original needle, maybe a little better simply beceause the original is worn out. It's not an upgrade but replacing it protects my records and it's hard to find something better that fits my turntable.

Un poco intimidante el hacer el reemplazo del cartucho entero por prmera vez pero nada que buscar un tutrial en Youtube de como hacerlo no resuelva. Se apreciaria un pequeño manual sobre como hacer el cambio de cartucho pero fuera de eso, la diferencia de sonido entre el cartucho de ceramica de fabrica de mi Victrola Liberty y estos de punta de diamante es como el día y la noche. Empezé reemplazando el cartucho entero de una vez, anticipo que el reemplazo mas adelante de aguja será aún mas sencillo, 10/10 las cmpraría de nuevo en caso de no haber conseguido un tocadiscos de mejor calidad y con acceso a agujas del tipo ortofon para entonces. Definitivamente si tu plan es hacerle un pequeño upgrade a tu victrola/crossley, estas agujas y cartucho son definitivamente una opción maravillosa.

The seller provided me with a tracking number that didn't "exist" and I was worrid that its a scam . I sent email to inquire and the seller quickly repond and promised to get it fixed. In a few days the tracking number was updated but I still couldnt find any tracking information online, but then product arrived, even before the estimated delivery date. Looks like its been delivered by a local small logistic company hence no info online. The product itself came in a nice metal container. I.immediately swapped the stylus, played a record and I could notice the sound difference right away. A good product and good seller.
