Unlike most buyers I have weak and arthritic hands. I found myself quickly irritating my thumbs with a standard controller, having to use too much force, which made accuracy worse. These Vortex attachments really help. After some time getting used to them, I can say that I use far less force and can play longer, and my accuracy is much better especially in Destiny 2. The height increase on the left control is enough to provide increased leverage, so force needed goes down. The tall right controller seemed too much at first but after several hours of gameplay it proves itself an ingenious device.
