This was a renewed or open box item and all parts were present. I purchased this product to replace almost the same unit that as gifted to me. The system lasted me for years with most of the parts exposed to the elements. The reason I purchased the whole system was mainly to replace the keypad which on my older unit had delaminated. if placed in a plastic housing would have lasted longer. I recommend mounting your power supply in a waterproof or resistant enclosure as well as mounting the keypad in a semi-enclosed housing. I would definitely buy this product again. The only things you will need is wiring for the components and power or an electrical plug for the power supply and wire nuts. Instruction are included. Review: Great item. Worth the money.. I'm pretty sure the manual is wrong. It says #>admin code>3>Time>#, but to change unlocking passcode is also use #>adm** A: According to the instructions, the code to set the unlock time is "2" not "3", however, I found that it did not work either. You are supposed to get two short beeps indicating successful programming. It always beeps 3 times, which indicates unsuccessful programming. The "TIME" adjustment potentiometer does work to adjust how long the lock remains open. The access hole is on the right side near the back. You need a very small screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer. Turning fully counterclockwise yielded an unlock time of 3 seconds. It is very sensitive and turning just 1/8 of a turn clockwise increased the time to about 25 seconds. **Q: What is the rfid range?** A: Range is short. Fob must practically touch the panel. It's low voltage magnet so I am cool with that The power module has more connections for ad ons like a lock with solenoid or fail safe locks The downside of magnet lock if the power fails the magnet won't work I will suggest a battery backup.
