**Q: How much water or other liquid should you need to add it to in order to take the "5 to 15" drop dose? Or does it not matter?**
A: I would not add any water to it at all. Here are the directions from the manufacturers. Shake well before opening. Take 5-15 drops three times a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

**Q: what are all of the herbal ingredients as well as vegetable glycerine or alcohol in this product?**
A: Cayenne Pepper, Eleuthero Root, Garlic, Ginger Root, Goldenseal Root & Parsley Root in a base of pure Vegetable Glycerine & Distilled Water.

**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated?**
A: Keep in cool, dry place. That's the instruction on bottle. We store in the refrigerator and it works great.

It is a highly recommended item. It helps circulate your blood and I won't use anything else. I love hot flavor. If you can't handle tasting this hot droplets of herbs, it is definitely not for you. I always drink a little water right after I take 15 drops.
