Is the indiglo light really bright? Hubby would be wearing it at night and we don't want it keeping us awake.

The Indiglo light cannot be seen in daylight. It is intended to be used at night or where it is dark. It does not illuminate until you purposely push the stem inward. Once you release it the light goes out.

how long is the watch band on this watch

When not expanded it is approximately6 3/4 inches. The links can be removed with a bench knife as explained on several on line sources. At present I am leaving it as is although the band is a bit too long for my wrist. Homer Williamson
