Review: Not as good as I supposed - The name Stiga has been around table tennis for donkey's years and came , I think, from Sweden. This bat came from China with Chinese rubbers. I am wondering if it is just too light because that is my feeling after a two hour session. The carbon bit may improve speed but the 'feel' is lacking. OK, those are first thoughts and I promise i will come back if it grows on me with time. As promised I'm back after more hours. Happier now but this bat is not all that fast and lacks feel of the ball. So overall, it's good but not wonderful. And I bought it for £62! More news: I contacted Stiga who assure me that while this bat is made in China it is a genuine Stiga bat made with their approval mainly for the American market.
Review: Does not seem to be a genuine Stiga bat. - Both centre pieces have now fallen out, this is not a genuine Stiga bat! Materials appear to be of low quality. Very disappointed.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between the stiga raptor and the stiga pro carbon?**
A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us! Our STIGA Raptor paddle is our highest, top of line paddle being ITTF approved for tournament play and has more technology for power and speed for professional players. The Pro Carbon essentially has the same features just not as extreme, more for intermediate type players.

-Adam

**Q: Can the rubber be changed on this bat?**
A: Top players change the rubber on their bats every month, depending on how often they practice. Intermediate players who may play a couple of times a week may change their rubber every three months. Top-rated rubber, such as Tenergy, is very expensive. Two pieces of Tenergy cost about $140. So, most players do not change the rubber any more often than they have to. Check Youtube for directions about removing rubber and gluing new rubber. It is not a difficult procedure and will become easier after you have done it once or twice. This advice is for top and intermediate players who practice frequently. People who only play once or twice a month may not need to ever change their rubber.

**Q: Hi, is this Raptor paddle penholder or handshake ?**
A: Hello Hunter,
Thank you for your inquiry,
This is a shake hand racket, more precisely a FL (Flare) / Concave handle.

Thank you
the Ping Pong Depot team

**Q: Where is it made?**
A: Why does it matter? This is a quality comp level paddle, and unless you're a top tier player you'll never outgrow this paddle
