Wonderful table and super happy with the purchase + service.First, I Iooked and tried many other portable massage tables. From low end to high end and this was by far was the best bang for the buck that gave more than expected.Service - I commented on all the company sections with specific question about their product and the Luxton team answered in a few hours with a detail message about why their product is better. This sold me based on their prompt CS response and helpful information. Trust is built on great communication in my opinion.Table - shipped in a protected box and paddled, the cover is thick, durable and carries the table with ease, and the table.. Super easy to set up/put down for storage, built with the right wood, bolts, washers, and reinforced in the areas that are going to see high pressure. The extras are a really nice addition and so is the detachable side storage pouch.My favorite part is the foam padding is 5mm and really comfortable. A bit too comfortable I find myself laying on it for work since it is really nice.(I attached pictures of the areas that matter to me when I was purchasing) This is the bottom base, feet, head rest, screws, and paddling. All are good quality and I am not afraid of it breaking on me.Only two gripes is that my headrest/armrest straps are put on off centered, so the arm rest leans to one side a bit more. However, this can be counted by a little moving around. And the “C” head rest is a little to narrow and does not use enough decline in the face portion that my eyes get a little pressured.Overall, 10/10 table that you should consider if you want to get a table that looks, feels, and will last years.

Product mismatch from photos
Build quality is decent but the product itself is not the same as what’s shown in the pictures. Arm rest bars in the picture are metal whereas in reality they are made of wood. Also no oil and amenities pouch was present upon unboxing the product.
