It did not work as expected. I initiated a return, which was provided by the seller and dispatched. However, the tracking of the return was problematic, and I am unsure if the seller received the product. As of now, I have not received a refund. Overall, my experience with this product and the return process has been disappointing.

These are very handy for training my new call center agents. The sound quality is excellent and set up is a breeze. They are perfectly compatible with all of the headsets we use.
