Review: Happily ever after at last! - I've never seen an epilogue that needed its own whole book, but then, I've never seen one over 100 pages, either! This is a nice wrap up to the Indebted series, especially if you have stuck with it through all 6 previous books. The book starts out shortly after the events of Indebted 6 - Final Debt, and tells about all of the many changes taking place around Hawksridge Hall after all the events that have happened. Commentaries are made from various characters' points of view. Then the book moves to just more than three months later. More changes take place as everyone slowly sinks into the reality of a new normal. Life goes on and gets even better. This is followed by events happening six months after that. Further things happen as Hawksridge has become a welcoming home for both Hawks and Weavers. Nila has been able to get back into her fashion business, and Jethro couldn't be more proud of her and the acclaim she receives and deserves. Jethro receives the happiest news he's ever had in his life. Then it is three years later. Hawks and Weavers become even more of a family. They continue to remember loved ones left behind in the final battles, but more forward with ever more love and joy. Lastly it is five and a half years later. Jethro and Nila are just as in love as ever, and it keeps getting stronger every day. Hurts and mistrust between the Hawk and Weaver families have faded to the past. But, as the old expression goes, "those that do not learn from history are destined to repeat it." Even although the awful Debt Inheritance has been sentenced to remain in the past forever, Jethro and Nila believe it is important to be honest about their past family history, and not hide it from the next generation. They must learn that the horrendous things that happened for so many hundreds of years must never happen again."All it takes is for one of us to be brave enough to turn on the light." Something for all of us to remember as we carry on with our own lives. If we don't like where we're at, it's up to us to change it. A perfect ending to a phenomenal series.
Review: Nice Wrap up - Book seven in the series which is the Epilogue of the Indebtedness series goes through the various times in the lives of those remaining Weavers and Hawks. The book wraps up how much their lives have changed, how much those under employ now have better lives being treated kindly and considerate monetarily as well as appreciated like part of the family. You find out what is in store for Nila and Jethro, for Vaughn and Jasimine, for Textile, and also long lost sister Jacqueline, as well the Diamond Brothers, and so many of the employees in other countries. With the history of the Hawks and Weavers being so painful this was a nice book to make you pull back from the terror of the past and enjoy the hope of the future. Good story!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Wrap up

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ the perfect mix of sexy and sweet
*by S***) on March 21, 2018*

There are minor spoilers in this review. Oh I loved this extended epilogue. It was the perfect mix of sexy and sweet. I kind of wish all of Pepper's books had longer epilogues like this one. It would be perfect for all her books. And if any of her characters deserve to live happily ever after it's definitely Nila and Jethro because of all the shit they went through. This book takes place over the course of quite a few years. We see Jethro and Nila getting married, settling into their lives at Hawksridge Hall, having their first baby and a few years later their second. The names of their kids, Kestrel and Emma made me cry a little. I still miss Jethro's brother, Kes. We also see what life brings for Vaughn and Jasmine, which I thought was really nice because I've been shipping them every since they met. I'm glad they got their happily ever after as well. *cries some more* This book isn't dark like the rest of the series. It focuses more on how happy Nila and Jethro are now and what life is bringing them. But there are a couple of very steamy scenes at least. I mean, it's still a story by Pepper Winters, so what did you expect? I just love the way she balances the sexy and sweet. It was perfection. And I'm already missing these characters.
