I cloth diapered both my children but my 3 yr old is still not fully night time potty trained and I didn’t want to upgrade to the next size up cloth diaper for just the occasional nighttime wetting.I was so excited that these diapers are 100% compostable, unlike other more environmentally friendly versions that are unable to make this claim. Then I received them, and they were wrapped in not just one plastic layer but two plastic layers! One outside the Broody Chick box and one inside to hold the diapers. And neither layer of plastic is labeled with a recyclable symbol, so into the landfill they go.What is the point of making a diaper that is compostable when your packaging undoes all the good! ### ⭐⭐ I really wanted to like these diapers *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2018* Sadly we were unable to really use these diapers as they are so rough. I can really believe that this is 100% a natural diaper because it feels like it has a lot of fiber. :) I really wanted to like this diaper but for a little baby especially a new born the diaper is too rough for their sensitive skin. I couldn't imagine wearing something like this on myself, so I cannot bring myself to put my baby into it.I am sure it is really hard to make a 100% biodegradable diaper that would have a fake cotton feel as some less natural diapers do. Still though I will have to turn to some chemical proceed diaper that can soften the material for now.Thumbs up to the company for trying, I hope they can come up with an improved version of this. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Stiff, and legs didnt fit well... *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 5, 2014* I really wanted to like these, being one of the more environmentally sensitive diapers out there.However, have had some fit problems and quality issues. There is very limited stretch & contraction to the leg/groin area. At times they really sagged on my daughter with a noticeable looseness to the fit. So much so that we would have had leakage issues if she hadnt been one of those toddlers that tells you immediately she has gone and needs to be changed.The padding is also a little more stiff .. I've found this typical when comparing "eco" diapers in general to more typical brands like Huggies or Pampers. Comparing to Seventh Generation, Nurtured by Nature, and Natybaby I've found these similar to them but maybe just a little more stiff. Has been a while since I used Bumbo or Earth's Best so I cant compare those accurately right now.
