There are a lot of nooks and crannies and I use Pam Baking spray and have no trouble removing the pan, works like a charm.
Review: Absolutely beautiful - Absolutely beautiful cake tin I hesitated about buying it because of the price but I really wanted to make a different kind of cake for Christmas along with the traditional Christmas cake so I got it It’s very well made and has some weight to it and the detail is perfect It took me 3 attempts to get a cake that would just come straight out of the tin first time I brushed it well with butter and floured it I had put apple into the sponge cake that wouldn’t come out it ended up in a heap so I decided to ditch the apple and make a cake using brown sugar to give it a caramel taste I brushed the tin with oil butter and flour I got it out after a lot of messing around I used a wooden skewer to ease it off the side so I lost the definition on it and so I ordered some pme cake release spray I sprayed it evenly and once cooked I left the cake in the tin for 10 minutes and then flipped it over and it dropped out so if you want to get this tin I highly recommend you get a spray or make a cake gloop which you will need to get into every tiny bit detail or you will end up making more than one cake

**Q: The description says holds 9 cups of batter, but I can't find any recipe for this amount, any suggestions please?**
A: We give the total volume of the pan, which is 9 cups capacity, however you won't actually fill the pan with batter, you'll leave some room to allow for the cake to rise. There is a recipe included with the pan on the revere side of the packaging. You can also find some wonderful recipes on Nordic Ware's website and abound on the internet. **Q: How long do you bake cakes in this pan versus a regular cake pan?**
A: Bundt pans usually take about an hour. Always check with a skewer before the hour is up. Also you can look for a bundt cake recipe. Information will be there. I have this pan, you have to butter and flour it completely on inside for easy release. I sifted powdered sugar over the finished cake and it looked just like snow. Beautiful!

**Q: I used this pan but i colored the batter green when i took out of oven it was grayish ? Did do wrong & how to privent it again**
A: I colored my batter green using gel food coloring and it worked perfectly.  I used a Duncan Hines yellow cake mix.   Maybe try adding more food coloring next time for a brighter color?

**Q: Will it work for frozen salads?**
A: I really don’t know.  It would depend on the type of salad

This brand is always amazing and the family really loves this one, Pine Forest, especially with the sprinkled icing surgar on the trees making it look like snow. There are a lot of nooks and crannies and I use Pam Baking spray and have no trouble removing the pan, works like a charm.
