Very Useful and Convenient
An excellent mat that I can use on top of my bed in order to do some "floor" exercises. I have various issues that make it difficult to use the floor for workouts. This mat has two good surfaces one slightly softer than the other both work well. It folds easily, tha handles are great and I can slide it easily under the bed for storage. Sorry to make this review so long but if anyone has some mobility issues this might help them.
