Now for something really weird....for the first month or so I was kinda spooning it out as needed and it didnt taste quite as good as when you shake it on...honest...sounds weird I know but to my taste buds....true story. **Q: Anyone know of a 3rd party pump to fit the 64oz?** A: Order the Cholula pump here on Amazon. It fits this half gallon bottle as well. **Q: How long does it last? Typical expiration time?** A: We finally just finished our bottle after 7 years and 8 months. It tastes just as good as ever. As you use it, the top of the bottle will get coated with a little bit of sauce that sticks, and over time turns kind of brown.
