After taking out of the box, it of course fluffs up pretty intensely. First few nights, its like sleeping on a cloud. For 2 months, the pillow held the fluff. I was impressed.Around the 2 month mark, i started getting some shoulder/neck pain. The pillow started to lose its fluff despite me trying to fluff it up. When this happens, give it a wash. As per the instructions, I separated each pillow, inner and outer. Zipped outer. Did light detergent, delicate cycle. Dried in a delicate cycle as well.And now the pillow is like new and then some! Super fluffy.I'll report back if things change, but overall this is a great pillow. Personally the Casper pillow is perfect as a side and stomach sleeper. It is soft yet supportive, has a good weight to it, provides neck support without being too hard and I wake up with no neck pain and feel rested. It has a firmer pillow inside the softer pillow, is easy to remove and wash in the washing machine. For me it is worth the money to have a peaceful and pain free sleep.
