Could this be used for tea bag packages? I'm looking for something to organize all of my different types of tea bags on my counter. Thank you!

The compartments on top are fairly deep so it wouldn't be the best if you wanted to see what type of tea bag it is. Also, the top compartments are a bit narrow (as they are designed for breakfast bars) so you'd have to turn the tea bags sideways for them to fit. The bottom area is much larger than it appears in the picture as it is designed for larger snack size bags.

It doesn't mention candy bars. Does anyone have candy bars in this and how does it work? And how many can you get in here?

It holds a lot of granola bards and protein bars. You can fit about 2 dozen or so depending on the size of the candy bar.

Does the top shelf spin? Does The bottom shelf spin?
