Fürs Ball handeln perfekt, allerdings zum Shooten nicht so gut geeignet, ich persönlich verliere meinen jumper wenn ich mit dem werfe also würde ich raten nicht all zu oft mit dem zu werfen Aber wie gesagt für alles andere ein perfekter Ball.

I added some air which makes for more bounce. At 72 I'm not training basketball skills as such, but the ball is perfect for balance, agility, and stretching. It's great for playing catch with friends too! I get enough weight training with bodyweight exercises at the gym.
