Plant Paradox Cookbook

Since reading Dr Gundry book on The Plant Paradox made easy, this book with delicious recipes is a great companion and already much used in my kitchen. This new way of eating has much a huge difference to how I feel. More energy, more alive, no more allergies!

Dr. Gundry condenses the information from his first book to bring you up to speed so you can get right into the recipes. I have had Fibromyalgia a long time and in tremendous pain. So I had nothing to lose I bought this book. And I have been following Dr. Gundry since 2018. I Bought all his books, and watch all his Videos which are free.And for me his recipes Work, and they are delicious.They are easy to read and understand. I started with one recipe at a time, and never looked back. I hope you try this book, it’s educational from a real Doctor.And best of all, IT WORKS.

レクチンフリー理論は、個人的にはかなり効果があったし、今でも中途半端ながら続けている。しかし実際のところメニューが単調化して、食にこだわりがある人の場合は徐々に続けることが嫌になってくると思う。この本は、100例ではあるが、前菜からメイン、デザートまで幅広いジャンルのメニューサンプルを写真とともに案内してくれるありがたい存在だ。若干エスニック料理が含まれるが、ほとんどが洋食で、とてものこと日本人が毎日食べ続けることは困難かと思われるが、充分に参考になる。『食のパラドックス』を読んだことがない人でも、英語ではあるが冒頭に理論や実践方法が簡潔にまとめられているので、この本だけでレクチンフリー理論を理解し実践することができるだろう。個人的には日本語で、日本料理バージョンのレクチンフリー料理本が出版されることを期待したい。
