**Q: The hazelnut extract have sweet flavor? I'm searching for hazelnut without any type of sweetness in its flavor for my coffee.**
A: No not at all. In fact you only use a very small amount of it (a teaspoon or less). 
It only adds the hazelnut flavor without affecting the sweetness of it.

I own a small in home bakery. I mainly focus on decorated sugar cookies. I have tried many different flavors and emulsions but this one is my absolute favorite. The flavor is so rich and blends perfectly in my dough. I don’t add very much in my recipe so I feel this size lasts me a long time and it is very affordable. I would highly recommend and I feel it could be used in so many other recipes.
