Phenomenal product for BPH
My urologist had me taking a medication that makes the prostate smaller, but the side effects of the medication we're so severe that I nearly fainted on a daily basis. After trying nearly half a dozen medications, I decided to try stinging nettle root after watching a video on YouTube about the benefits of the plant. Wow what a difference, the pain in my prostate that I wake up with every morning, is almost zero. The flow has increased by 60%, and I don't have to spend 8 to 10 minutes in the bathroom every morning. Note: I stopped using the medication 10 days before starting the stinging nettle root.

I have to take double the dose for it to work
I started taking this as directed just 1 a day but saw no results for a month then I started taking double the dose and started seeing positive results. The positives So far it has helped me with my urination problems, like many have pointed out I started having a strong stream while urinating. I have prostatitis and it has helped me with all the negatives that it brings, Erectile Disfunction being one of the negatives. The negatives I have to take double the dose for it to work so the bottle only lasts a month. Other than that this brand has thankfully worked for me.

It works and I have lab work to prove it!
The stuff really frickin works. I went and got my lab work done before and after to monitor my testosterone levels. This stuff shot up my FREE T levels. It is supposed to bind to albinimum in the blood and free teh testosterone from that bond. It does indeed apear to do that. I have studied the endocrine system for a long time though and know that your body will counter balance this. Your body will only let you have about 2% free. So I am not sure if using nettle root is a long term solution. It could backfire.

Effective for BPH
Had previously tried another product for 6 months which combined saw palmetto with lycopene but was ineffective. This has reduced the prostate size and I hardly ever have the urge to go at night. Good product.
