what is the difference between this one, V 2000, and the other multi, V 75?

Enlarge the pics here of the labels & compare. V2000 is in my opinion the best multi on the market...,but it is very high dose intended to be for therapeutic use. It is a very big pill that many cannot swallow...helps if you take it with applesauce or a thick liquid like veg V-8. And some can't tolerate the smell. V-75 is a good pill with less content. Always take a vit/min pill after your biggest meal, pref. at the end of the day when your body can make the best use of it while you rest. These pills have a more minerals than commonly seen in most, & will be tough on an empty stomach.
