Good supplement
Affordable and packed with good stuff. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t have a that weird taste in your mouth. Definitely recommend it.

Can be too strong, be careful.
Be careful with this. It's very strong and made me think I had dementia. I think I will stick to the 'active B12 variety'. Slowly coming out of the fog.

It works!
I take pantoprazol (stomach acid reducer) and as many of you may know, if you take certain medications it can make it harder for your stomach to absorb certain vitamins. I have a sensitive stomach so taking big vitamin pills makes me nauseous over time and it's exhausting taking pills everyday. My vitamin B12 was always low despite supplements and eating high quality foods. I took these once a day and now my results show my B12 is actually high now! I am beyond impressed. The taste is slightly tart but sweet and goes away fast. It doesn't get tiring to taste or take. And this is coming from someone who doesn't like cherry flavors. They are easy to chew or place under the tongue. I tried both methods to see if it would make a difference in results and either method will work to raise your B12 levels. I also have not had any nausea or stomach issues taking these which is a huge win!

Melhora muito a memória
Estava com a memória muito ruim, esquecia coisas importantes durante o trabalho. No terceiro dia tomando esta vitamina, já percebi a diferença: melhorou muito minha memória. Recomendo muito, quem comprar não vai se arrepender.
