Arthritic pain dosn't necessarily win the battle.
I have been taking it for 9 days: about day 5 I noticed reduced pain in my shoulder and I could once again sleep with out pain. on day 9 I can share with you I have overall less pain. the hiip pain my doctor said would never go away is greatly reduced and I have more spring in my step. being 75 does not hurt any more. I am taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night. After a couple of weeks more, I am thinking I will back it off to 2 capsules per day amd see how that workes.

Works wonderfully
Bought these first last year, due to over use of my knees and the tendions above them. This has worked like a miracle. I took and still take them daily. Relieves the inflammation. Better than taking insaids daily.

Seems decent enough except it's near impossible to swallow
You get Turmeric and it seems to provide value. The issue here is the pill size and more importantly, the casing of the pill. If you hit it just right in a swallow, it goes right down. if you don't (most of the time) it gets lodged in the throat because the casing becomes sticky and will not go down. You can force it with food but it frequently comes back up. I swallow other pills just as large and a little larger and I'm convinced, the issue here is the case used for the pill. Will pass on this one for regular sized pills or one with a different case that does not stick in the throat.

I take this daily! I have lupus! It’s the only supplant where if I run out , I can feel the joint pain return! Great price! Did my research!

The Amazon elements turmeric complex is awesome! It’s pure, it’s made in the USA 100%.. I have chronic pain and it helps as it is a natural anti-inflammatory. I also have type 2 diabetes and this is supposed to keep it regulated. So far so good. The turmeric root extract is 316 mg per serving. The ginger root is 140 mg per serving in the black pepper extract is 5 mg per serving. You take 1 pill daily. It’s 100% vegan, there are 65 capsules in the bottle I order and my husband and I take this because of all of the great benefits it has to offer. Read the caution first to make sure you can take this. This is a great product. I will keep taking.
