Connected and set up in minutes. We are based in UAE so the power plug is UK standard. Works just fine. Packaging and all was perfect, quick delivery. PLS NOTE - if you are not a PS connoisseur and you are about to find out how PS and PS games work - Watch OUT for online game purchases!!!! It is quite simple to buy games online (for some that are not free) HOWEVER even if a game has been bought you still need to have a PS+ account in order to be able to play it! I had no idea of course.... learned the hard way with a game called Fall Guys - so it happens even if you pay for the game you need to subscribe to PS+ account (a bit like amazon premium) - monthly payments. Without it you wont be able to play the games you have purchased!
