Review: quiet & long lasting - 150,000 hours is 17 years, so they should last longer than any PC, especially considering that most PCs don't run 24/7. I've built a number of computers with various sized Cougar fans, probably about 25 fans total & I just had my first failure. That's why I bought this one, aka the replacement. The failures build date was 2014/03/21 & it was a electrical failure, not a bearing; the fan still spins freely & quietly when motivated by a finger or compressed air. This one is working fine & I expect it will last a lot longer than the statistical anomaly. I've mounted most of them with the rubber thingies they include. They work well & vibration free & I've yet to have one fail during installation or service. Highly Recommended!
