What is mounting screw hold size, #8 or #10, or other?

Dear cusotmer, the screw size is F4*20, 4mm in diameter and 20mm in length(screws are included); Inner diameter of screw hole is 4MM and hole distance is 77mm.

Does it come with mounting gaskets ?

No, they don't come with gaskets. I used butyl rubber sealant (it comes in rolls) to form a seal around the marker light.
