⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service!
I purchased the Hygger 360GPH Electric Aquarium Gravel Cleaner to help maintain my aquatic turtle’s tank, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer support I received. When the gravel cleaner arrived, one of the outlet parts was unfortunately damaged during transit. I reached out to Hygger’s customer support, and the experience that followed was truly exceptional. Emma from their team responded promptly, kindly, and professionally. She made sure the process was smooth from beginning to end and kept me updated the entire time. Hygger immediately sent a replacement part completely free of charge, and it arrived quickly and safely. The level of care and attention they provided genuinely impressed me. It’s not often you find a company that stands so firmly behind their products and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I truly felt valued and supported throughout the entire process. As for the gravel cleaner itself—it works amazingly well. It has made cleaning my turtle’s tank significantly easier and more efficient. The suction power is strong, the design is intuitive, and it removes waste and debris from the substrate with ease. This tool has already made a huge difference in maintaining a cleaner, healthier environment for my turtle. Overall, I highly recommend both the Hygger 360GPH Electric Aquarium Gravel Cleaner and the Hygger brand. The product performs exactly as advertised, and the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. A definite five-star purchase!

Poor Quality Assurance so whether you get a working product is a gamble.
Honestly I wish I didnt waste my time. I ordered this and it arrived quickly. I followed the directions, however, water shot out of the handle like a fountain when using the 3way attachment with the return filter. I plugged in the hose to the handle and it leaked so severely that my floors were soaking. Since the handle isnt supposed to leak, especially during 3way use, I contacted the company 3 different ways. Could not reach the company for assistance. So I did my research and found that, oh no, I had definitely assembled it correctly. Mine was just defective. So I returned it and got a replacement. It's clear that the original 3way piece was damaged and wasnt supposed to let any water through the handle at all when installed. Okay good to know. The replacement with the new 3way was perfect. The sand attachment is missing its sponge. Annoying but with all the effort I have gone through, I can get a sponge and cut it to size to use. I trialed the new replacement and it worked GREAT! .... For about 5minutes before the motor stopped working. Now should I get yet another replacement? Should I attempt to contact the company 3+ more ways just to be ignored? Probably not. Honestly great idea, great product plan. Poor execution. Poor quality assurance team. Poor manufacturing materials. And poor customer service (Great marketing team who swears I'll get a response back some time before Never. While showing a perfectly working product that probably only they have.) Also, I'd like to add that when it was working (albeit spraying fish water all over my room), I noticed the cord was designed quite poorly as well. The on/off switch is at the end of the cord, close to where it plugged in to the wall. This means if you're outlet is further away then your wingspan you have a terrible time shutting it off by yourself or need another competent being to turn it on/off for you. I didnt have the pleasure of using it long enough to determine if how easy or difficult it is to disassemble for cleaning, or removing the sometimes-there-sometimes-not-included sponges. If Amazon could stop giving Errors, I would upload some photos. Ill keep trying.

Great purchase for tall tanks.
Cleaning a tall 65 gallon tank was not easy until now! It's pretty easy to put together and as long as you tighten it enough so that the rubber gaskets catch well there should not be any leaking. I had originally used all four extensions because I honestly thought I was going to need all four of them. In the end I really only needed two and the part where the recycler goes into. I used the sand cleaning extension to clean the gravel in this tank and it did a great job. The part that repumps the water back in after cleaning could have been a little bit better because it was still a lot of stuff going back into the tank after I was done vacuuming the bottom. So what I did to help with this was I cut a piece of aquarium floss and put it in between the two layers of carbon and that helped catch a lot more debris. It did however make it so that it was pulling up a few of my plants because the pressure changed. I also did a small water change of a 5 gallon bucket and pumping the water out was good, but I got a bit distracted and ended up with a little bit of water on my floor because I was not keeping a very close eye on the level of the bucket as it was pumping. It pumped out the 5 gallons of water in less than 5 minutes and I honestly thought it was going to take longer than that. Even though I had clicked the off switch it still continue to pump water for a few seconds due to gravity and that's how I ended up with water on the floor. Once I clean that up I filled my bucket up with water and added my dechlorinator and then put the pump in the bucket and the hose in the tank and pumping the water back up to the tank was fantastic! Didn't hurt my back having to manually scoop water from the bucket to the tank and it was less stressful for all my tank inhabitants. I've already recommended this to two people and really hope that they are interested in getting one because it was fantastic to use. Only negative thing I will say is I do wish that the power switch was in a different position because it did make it a little bit harder to try to find to click it off when my bucket was overflowing.

Almost exactly what I wanted
I was looking to make water changes and substrate vacuuming easier, and tgis definitely does. I also wanted to use it to refill tank water after a change, but its not super strong and has a bit of trouble getting water up instead of down. I put my bucket on a chair and that sorted it though. Still keeping it, much easier than even the hand pumps.

Water change feature works but not sand vacuuming
If it worked 100% right I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately only 2 of the 5 features work. I bought this product for the water change feature because having to slowly add water into the tank was getting to be annoying and was hurting my writer so the idea of just putting this in the bucket and it fills your tank up is a wonderful idea but the other features do not work I tried to do a sand clean and it broke the product immediately all the sand got into the motor and stopped working. I had to pull it apart and rinse it out so unfortunately I’m only going to be using the one feature which is fine I love that feature it’s just I can’t use the FULL 5–1

This is a game changer!
This vacuum has been a game changer! When my husband decided to get an aquarium, I thought it was a wise idea to get my own. Little did I know how much goes into fish keeping. We eventually upgraded to 55 gallon tanks & the water changes were a lot of work. This works great to vacuum, although larger gravel does tend to get stuck. I ended up switching to fine sand & it has been easy to vacuum. Now we are able to do vacuuming on maintenance weeks instead of having to refill since it recycles the water into the tank. We also use it to pump water from the 5 gallon buckets that we fill & set on the floor into the tank, instead of having to lift the buckets up & dump. My husband is able to clean & do 75% water changes on both over 55 gallons in under 45 minutes now. Have been it for about 7 months now. One time the motor seemed to be going but my husband took it apart, fooled around with it & it was like new. Very easy to clean it, also. Highly recommend.

Stick with Python. Don't waste your money
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! No matter who reviews it on YouTube, do not buy this. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Used this a couple times, threw the box out, so I can'treturn it. First time, worked great, second time not as good. Third time it won't pick anything up. It sucks up garbage, gets stuck at filters, and drops it back in the tank when you shut it off. Constant clogs and cleaning machine out just to continue. Absolute trash!!!

Do not buy this
Works only about half the time. Waste of money. Poorly designed. Literally can’t even be used for changing water much less cleaning a dirty tank.
