Loved this case! It was a little hard to disassemble actually. I've dropped it several times, no issues at all. No cracks, nothing. I will say, the only issue at times is that the way the screen is 3D, is wraps which makes it a bit harder to text with certain letters to use. You have to be persistent at times and sometimes you don't depending on the position you have your phone in when your texting. If you have it laying on your lap, texting, yes, it'll be harder to text, but holding, no. The ONLY reason I am replacing is bc a friend of mine cigarette rolled off the ashtray and my phone was sitting next to it and it rolled over onto the top part of the phone, making a good burn mark at the top of the case. Luckily caught it in time before it burned down further. It was just starting to burn the plastic screen cover. So it was embarrassing to have and ugly. He gave me $20 to buy a new one. I decided to buy a different one because of the texting issue but otherwise I would have bought it again and it did hold up to some serious drops over the past year too. I never have had a history of dropping my phone at all but since I've gotten older, seems I'm dropping it more now. Thank you for a great phone protector!

Fits perfectly with breathing room for the camera lens, and no issue with using the touch screen with the case on. When opening the protective guard for the inlet for the charger dock and wired audio, the guard takes some serious effort to pry open because the elasticity makes it so that it's always guarding the inlet especially for the dock if you have to charge with the wire. One of the main reasons I ordered this product was because the original protective screen for my Galaxy Note 9 has lost grip and fell apart. I was given a spare case by a relative I had in the wings and it was bulky, and I had a more preferred way to charge my phone—wirelessly—which couldn't be accomplished with a thick plastic case(durable, yes, but a pain to carry). I have a magnetic wireless charger that I can bring anywhere, but it would charge effectively if it can make contact with the back side of my smart phone. The back side of clear plastic case has a layer thin enough to not only prevent scratch or damage, but when I magnetically attach my phone to the charger, it is able to charge like normal. I do drop my phone at times, but the sides and layers feel durable(but doesn't look like it's guaranteed to survive being thrown like a fast ball or smashed with general force) with shock absorbers on each corner, it's easy to grip, plastic layer over the buttons work, and doesn't take up too much space in my pocket. There is no protection for the pen. I don't plan on changing phones for as long as my Note 9 works, but to anyone using a smart phone like mine, this case is recommended especially if you use a wireless charger. The one other trouble I have is being able to take this off, like, what if someone reparing it needs to have an easier access to the circuitry but doesn't want to risk damaging the case? Overall, this is a good case, light and practical.

This came next day. Love this case!! I had the black one for over a year with a tempered protector under the top. The top, while clear and has zero issues with a touch screen, is not protective during face down falls that land on uneven surfaces. I know this because I had to replace the tempered piece a couple times at least. I drop my phone a lot. Multiple spills of different types of liquid over the life of it never got past the case. It seals up like a zip lock baggie. Sort of a pain to put together and take off, but some broken finger nails are worth this kind of protection. The only reason I replaced it was because I had stuck a sleeve wallet on the back and got tired of replacing it, and the fact that with the wallet it makes the phone too bulky to work with holders. The purple is not quite as shown, looks more like plastic, but it matches the wallet my aunt gave me. And now it no longer will get confused with someone elses black case phone. Update 5/25/22 I just accidentally dropped/slammed my phone on chunky asphalt face down, which could have gone badly had I not had this case, and the tempered cover. Slight scratch on the outer case. Otherwise, no cracks or any other damage. Love, love, love this case!!

Has one just like it in black for my black note 8. Got the pink note 9 and the pink case (or lavender they say. ) it's super cute. I had my other one for about 3 years... and the case did look real beat up at that point, but the important part is, my phone was still brand new looking in the case. Eventuallt they front part broke.. (but. Honestly. I put it thru hell. So. Got more then what I paid for. ) and I had to replace it. I should have stuck with this case, because my phone got all busted up fast. Now I have the note9 and I'm putting it in this reliable case. My favorite part is that it has covers for the ports.... I'm a smoker and sometimes I put the used butts in my pockets or purse because I'm not a litter bug and bits get in the charging port and then it won't charge. Its a pain. This keeps almost that out I've never had a charging or battery issue using this type of case. 10/10 Update: had this a few months. I've had to glue part of it. And got 2 cracks. .. but it was still doing its job. I drop my phone constantly on everything. Garden with it and work on the pond. Bring my phone in the bathroom when I shower. Phone still looks like it did the day I bought it. I took it off and lost part of it and I'm here to buy another. Woo

This case is excellent...at protecting itself. It has protected my phone from the usual bumps and gravity caused situations of everyday use. However, yesterday while on a walk, I fell on my backside and my phone was in my pocket. So, my full body weight crashes on top of my phone on a large rock. Lots of weight on a very hard surface. I was fine and checked my phone to see a large spiderweb of cracks as seen in the first photo. That was to be expected due to the accident. However, I wasn't able to fully inspect it as the sun was quickly setting and I needed to get back. Upon arriving home, I checked my phone in better lighting to discover the spider web of cracks was on the phone, not the phone case, as seen in the second photo. The phone case is in excellent condition, not a scratch or scuff. If the purpose of the phone case was just protecting itself, I would give it a solid 5 stars. However, the purpose of the phone case is to protect the phone, so I had to deduct a couple of stars. The front of the phone is in perfect condition, so there's that.

Acheté pour remplacer l'ancienne coque d'origine totalement abîmée, elle change l'aspect de mon smartphone, elle est esthétique, mon téléphone est tombé plusieurs fois et a été protégé donc je suis content de mon achat.

Coque impeccable pour mon galaxy note 9. Protege hyper bien mon portable.La couleur violine est super jolie.Fait bien le taf'.Ai pris la même en bleu pour le portable de mon mari qui est ravi aussi.Cela fait un moment que nous avons installer ces coques et elles sont solides. Achat parfait pour nous.

Muy buena para que mi hijo no rompa la pantalla de mi antigua bestia que a día de hoy aún les cuesta a algún móvil hacerle sombra...pedazo móvil hizo Samsung en su momento y también tengo un s20 ultra y dejo el honor v3 Magic a veces para llevar estos bichos...a pesar que el honor v3agic me tiene enamorado...en fin que me voy del tema respecto a los puntos negativos...la tapa del USB se sale sola a las semanas por lo menos en mi caso ya no encaja

Da meine alte Hülle den Geist nach 3 Jahren aufgegeben hat, nachdem sie mein Note9 immer vor Schaden bewahrt hat, benötigte ich eine neue Outdoorhülle, weil nicht nur einen Bürojob habe, sondern viel bei Wind und Wetter draußen bin. Die Zeit wirds zeigen, was die Hülle drauf hat. Leicht, nicht zu klobig - also schlankes Design und dennoch guter 380° Rundumschutz. Was mir nicht so gefällt, die Farbe heißt marineblau - ist mehr grau als blau. Hätte mir schöneres Blau so wie das orginal Noteblau, aber egal. Empfehlenswert!
