Very Effective and Efficient
This tool is a lifesaver for any adjustments. We are wrapping up a renovation, so installing new pre hung doors and matching hinges. It takes maybe three minutes per door to dial in the new hinges, if needed. It also is not restricted by tight spaces (in corners and such). It is also quite durable, no issues and no complaints. 10/10 would recommend.

I LOVE this tool!
What a fantastic tool. It has a good heft to it with a nice build quality. The alignment of some of my interior doors have always been off enough to be annoying each time I used them. Now the reveals are even and they close nice and tight. Just pop the hinge pins with the included push pin and use the tool to adjust the direction of the door hinge. Pros: Well built, fits around hinge tightly so it does not mar or score the hinge surface. Plenty of leverage to easily adjust the hinge sections. Convenient push pin for removing the hinge pins. Cons: Only one and perhaps a bit of a nit. The push pin is a bit loose in the nylon or plastic holder such that it can slide through. It would be helpful if it were more snug fit so it stays in the position you set it. Totally worth the money. I would buy again, but will never need to.

Super Handy!
Super handy and easy to use. I almost didn't spend the extra on one with the hinge pin punch, but I'm glad I did! We had an exterior door installed a couple years ago. As the house settled and the summer heat & humidity set in this year, the door and frame swelled, and the top, latch side of our door started hitting the frame. It took me about 5 minutes with this tool to tap the upper two hinge pins out, bend the door-side hinge ears about an eighth of an inch, and reinstall the pins. Door closes like buttah now! Gone are the days of trying to shim hinges with cardboard. If you're on the fence about getting this for residential doors, just do it!

Must have for door hinge fixing
Ugh our door has been the bane of my existence we had a break in last April and they didnt break in through it but they did Jimmy it shut....so when I came in. It was super hard to open and we have hard a huge gap and it had messed up the hinges. So I watched a YouTube video where someone suggested this. I shimmed the door from the bottom. Then took the hinges out with the pin that comes with it. Worked amazing. Then shimmed and squared it back up. Then used the wrench part to bend the ones attached to the door frame to match the placement of the hinge on the door. And when I say I, i did all of this but i did find that i needed my boyfriends muscles to bend, hold and bend again to get the hinges to stay. I was in a car accident and I'm not at full strength. Just know if you're doing all the hinges might call a friend over for back up strenght... because I did the whole process without him...only to realize I couldnt do it and had to put it all back and wait. (Dont make that mistake) It works really great, especially for the money.

Works OK, but door trim can get in the way
The tool generally works well and has good build quality. The main problem I have is that all my doors have trim/casing around them it there isn't enough clearance between the hinge and the trim to get a good grip with the pliers. Metal pliers on metal hinge also leaves scratch marks. In spite of the clearance issues, I was able to use the tool on two doors with moderate success.

Great tool
I wish the tolerances were a bit better, but it gets the job done. It's my little secret weapon for fixing doors that are sticking just enough to get a call back. Money well spent.
