Despite a weird error in shipping initially where my cheese was delivered to freaking Hibbing, Minnesota (I have NO idea how they messed that up), my second order came to me very quickly in a refrigerated box. One of the plastic cheese packages was popped open a little, but I couldn't care less. The cheese is great and tastes just like the packs I used to buy at Schnuck's. It was delivered on April 20th and says it expires in late September, and I've already finished one of the packages.
