It fits nicely in a purse although it is a little large inside the purse. Still, we were doing lunch bag with a cooler previously and ended up losing the lunch bag because it was just another thing to carry

As an insulin user, this "cool" case has proven perfect for traveling. The removable blue cooling block sits in your freezer until you're ready to hit the road. It accommodates 2 syringes (I use KwickPens) in its main compartment, with a "net" section for small accessories, e.g., pen needles. However, if you're traveling for so long (lucky you?) that you need to bring more, the "net" section can accommodate 2 additional syringes. It has kept my meds cold for up to 18 hours. On the downside, I've sometimes had to struggle a bit with the zipper. Hard case vs. soft zipper. I've gotten used to it. And the "net" section may not accommodate larger glucose meters.
