Does it fold onto the screen, or placed in 1 go?

It’s put in place by sticking 2 stickers on one edge to hold it in place and then you remove the backing as it gradually sucks itself to the screen. It’s very simple but is the best technique I’ve ever used.

Can you write neatly/ easily on this vs a more matte finish?
